Confetti Committed Creations respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how your information is collected, used, and shared when you place an order or contact us.

What I Collect

When you fill in the order form I get your name, your email address, your event date, who the order is for, where the decor is going, what pieces you want, how you would like it to reach you, your delivery address if you asked me to ship, and whatever you write in the notes box.

If you email me instead, I get whatever you choose to put in the email.

If you join my email list, I get your email address and your first name if you choose to give it. I use them only to send you new themes, seasonal deals and limited-time offers, and you can unsubscribe at any time from any of those emails.

That is the whole list. I do not ask for payment card numbers anywhere on this site, and there is no account to create.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfill your order; communicate with you about your purchases or inquiries; and provide customer support.

Who Else Sees It

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission over the internet is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

The form on this site is delivered to my email inbox by a form service, and my email is hosted by my email provider. This website is hosted by a hosting company. When your order ships, the carrier gets your name and address so they can deliver it. My email list is kept by my email service, which sends those emails for me.

That is it. I do not sell your information, I do not trade it, and I do not hand it to anyone for advertising.

Cookies And Tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Nothing here follows you to other websites.

Two small things are saved in your own browser and never sent to me: whether you turned Calm Mode on, and a banner you built on the Custom Banners page so it can carry over to the order form. Both live only on your device and you can clear them any time by clearing your browser data.

Because there is no tracking here, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off, but the site honors it by default anyway.

How Long I Keep It

Order emails stay in my inbox so I have a record of what I made for you, which helps if you come back for a matching piece later. Emails are kept in my inbox for 2 years.

If you are on my email list, you stay on it until you unsubscribe.

If you would rather I delete yours, ask and I will.

Seeing Or Changing Your Information

Email me at the address at the bottom of this page and ask. I will tell you what I have, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it, whichever you want. You do not need a reason and it will not affect an order in progress.

Children

Confetti Committed Creations is intended for use by adults and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. As part of placing an order, an adult customer may voluntarily provide information about a child, such as first name, age, birthday, grade level, interests, or other details needed to personalize the requested product. This information is only used as reasonably necessary to design, produce, fulfill, and provide customer service related to the order, unless the adult authorizes another use.

Customers should only provide the information reasonably necessary for personalization and should never submit sensitive information about a child that is unrelated to the order.

If This Policy Changes

If I change anything here I will update the date at the top of this page. If it is a big change I will say so plainly rather than quietly editing it.

Reaching Me

Email is the best way, and I reply between parties and pick-ups, usually the same day.
